Schedule a free consultation with a La Belle Terre designer.  The designer will meet you at your project location to discuss:

• Client’s vision, ideas, needs and budget

• La Belle Terre’s design/build process

• Documentation of space with photos and measurements

• Material, plant/flower preferences

• Answer Client questions

• Budgetary needs to avoid surprises throughout the process

Based on the initial Consultation meeting, The La Belle Terre team will present a preliminary design and fee estimate.

• Design

  • Shows the layout and major features of your design, such as: patio, walls, walkways, plant/flower beds, irrigation, etc)

  • Discuss construction/install methods for seamless project execution

• Fee Estimate

  • Initial fee associated with the design

The Client and the La Belle Terre team will agree on the design and fee before moving forward

Once the design and fee is established, La Belle Terre will present a contract to the Client.  We find this provides our Clients with an assurance regarding the project scope, cost, design and expectations up front to avoid any surprises during the process.  

Once the Preliminary Design and Fee is established, and the Client agrees, we are ready to move forward.  And, La Belle Terre will focus on ironing out the details of the project.  This includes:

• Refining measurements

• Selection of specific materials

• Soil testing

• Meetings with City/County Inspectors

• Scheduling

• Discussion of construction/install methods

Sit back and relax – the La Belle Terre team will construct the Final Design.  We will do our best to communicate each construction step, phase and equipment needs to complete your project on time and on budget. 

After the project is completely installed, the La Belle Terre team will walk the Client through their new outdoor living space.  We will discuss long term care and maintenance strategies for your patio, walkway, plant/flower beds, water features, irrigation, etc. to assure you receive the longest – best life – out of your new outdoor living space.
